This policy explains what personal data Sharelio collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. In short: we only collect what you type into our demo and quote forms, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect
We only collect data when you submit one of our forms. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not build profiles.
- Data you give us: name, work email, company size (demo form) and the message you write (quote form).
- Attribution data: the page you submitted from, the site language, and any UTM campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.
- Anti-abuse data: your browser's user agent and a one-way hash of your IP address. We never store your IP address in readable form — only an irreversible hash, used to rate-limit spam.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your request (schedule a demo, send you a quote). Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (GDPR Art. 6.1.a).
- To protect the form from spam and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service operational (GDPR Art. 6.1.f).
We will not send you marketing emails on the basis of a demo or quote request. If we ever want to, we will ask you separately.
How long we keep it
- Leads: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Anti-abuse records (IP hashes): 90 days.
Who else processes it
We use third-party providers that process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and to withdraw your consent — withdrawing it does not affect the lawfulness of what we did before. Write to hello@sharelio.com and we will reply within 30 days.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and its revision date. Significant changes will be notified to anyone whose data we hold.
